First Line is a podcast hosted by Dr. Aubrey Ann Jackson, a psychiatry resident and professional pre-med and med student mentor passionate about medical education and mental health. She used to struggle to balance the demands of schoolwork, exams from the MCAT to the USMLE and COMLEX, while also trying to get research experience and taking advantage of leadership opportunities. She is now dedicated to using her experience and what she learned to empower students on their medical education journey.
First Line is a podcast dedicated to serving the next generation of physicians. Dr. Jackson draws on her own experiences in addition to what she has learned as a professional pre-med and medical student mentor to help support students. In addition to over 200 free to listen episodes, First Line offers subscribers exclusive pre-med content to help prepare students for taking the MCAT. Additionally, the Medical Student CV Masterclass is offered as a self-paced online course to walk students through how to craft a competitive CV.
